Acceptance of order
Placing an order is not a guarantee of JPB Music accepting it. With certain items we may require proof of identification before processing it. In this case we will contact you by telephone to discuss the process.
We accept payment by debit or credit card or (for invoiced orders) BACS.
Credit/Debit card payments are taken through FirstData (UK) via a secure connection. We hold no customer payment details.
All prices include VAT at 20%
99% of orders placed before 3pm (either online or by phone) will be dispatched same-day. If there is any delay with your order you will be contacted same day.
There is a delivery charge of £4 for all orders under £20 in value. All items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.
All orders over £20, qualify for free delivery. These will be sent by either Royal Mail 2nd Class or FedEx Economy.
For more urgent orders over £20, priority delivery can be selected at checkout. Items will be sent either Royal Mail 1st Class or FedEx Next Day. The charges are:

If you have additional preferences for delivery method/date please call us to discuss. Please note additional charges may apply depending on your requirements.
If a Royal Mail item does not arrive within 15 working days, it is deemed lost. If this happens we will send out a replacement item to you straight away at no additional cost.
If an item is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts you will be liable to pay for the delivery again.
If an item does not arrive due to an incorrect address being given, we will not be liable to send a replacement item or issue a refund.
Guarantees, Refunds and Exchanges
All products sold by JPB Music are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and have been carefully checked before dispatch.
Please note that when an instrument is sold with a complimentary bow and case these complimentary items are not guaranteed.
String manufacturers do not guarantee strings. If you have an issue with a faulty string, please phone us to discuss the options.
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, excluding postage. The only exception to this is any items that are special order from the manufacturer. If an item is special order, you will be notified at the time of ordering.
